Rhythm Junction London 2017
At Down for the Count, we don't just perform at events - we also create events!
On Saturday 8th April 2017 you can join us for the fourth in our series of Rhythm Junction London events. These are fantastic vintage-themed events featuring...
- Fantastic live music, from the 11-piece Down for the Count Swing Orchestra
- A solo jazz dance lesson from Nikki Santilli
- A swing DJ House of Amelia
- An amazing venue in the heart of Notting Hill, The Tabernacle
We cater for both dancers and non-dancers - dancers will love the huge dancefloor close to the stage, whilst non-dancers can sit back and relax in the seating area surrounding the floor, with great views of the stage and all the action.
You can also try your hand at dancing in the dance class! It's just 30 minutes long, and it's a solo class so you don't need a partner. You'll be able to join in even if you've never danced before.
Still not sure what to expect? Here's the highlights from our 2015 event:
The bar will be open all night, and you can also head downstairs to the restaurant/cafe which will be serving delicious food all afternoon and evening.
Tickets are just £15 in advance so book yours today and join us for a great vintage night of live music and dancing. If we have any tickets available on the door they will cost £20 - but last year's event sold out, so best to book early just in case!
